Outlook on Windows (Desktop App)
- Open Outlook
- Click File → Options
- Go to Mail → click Signatures
- Select your signature (or click New to create one)
- Edit it in the box
Set:

- Default for New messages

- Default for Replies/Forwards
- Click OK → OK
Outlook on Mac
- Open Outlook Click
- Outlook (top menu) →
- Settings Click Signatures
- Choose or add a signature Edit it and close the window (auto-saves)
