Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by Host Masters, including web hosting, domain registration, website development, and related digital services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Domain Registration & Renewal
Domain registration and renewal fees must be paid in advance. Failure to renew on time may result in losing the domain to the public registry. Once registered or renewed, domains cannot be refunded.
Service Provision
- Service Provision Host Masters provides hosting, domain, and web services on an “as-available” basis.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or misuse.
Payments

- Billing Cycle
All web hosting and domain registration services follow an annual renewal billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the service expiry date. - Payment Terms
Payment is due on or before the renewal date indicated on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in service suspension. Services may be terminated if payment remains outstanding 14–30 days after suspension. - Renewal Notifications
Clients will receive renewal reminders via email and SMS (where applicable). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are up to date. - Service Suspension & Termination
If payment is not received by the due date: Services may be suspended without further notice. Restoration of suspended services may attract a reactivation fee. Terminated accounts may result in permanent loss of data, as backups may not be retained after termination. Other reasons that may lead to account suspension and termination include Abuse of services & Violations of these Terms - Refund Policy
All web hosting and domain registration payments are non-refundable once activated or renewed. Domains, once registered or renewed, cannot be canceled or refunded as per global domain registry policies. - Service Changes & Upgrades
Clients may upgrade hosting plans at any time. Any plan changes will be billed on a pro-rated basis. - Late Payments & Penalties
Host Masters reserves the right to apply late payment fees for accounts overdue by more than 7 days. Persistent late payments may result in account or service restrictions. - Responsibility of the Client
Clients must ensure: Timely renewal of services. Valid contact information. Backup of their website files and emails (unless on a managed plan). - Host Masters’ Rights
Host Masters may revise pricing or billing terms with prior notice. Host Masters is not responsible for losses arising from suspension or termination due to late or non-payment. - Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or renewing any web hosting or domain service, the client agrees to these Billing Cycle Terms & Conditions.
- Billing Cycle
Data Backup & Security
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless on a managed plan. Host Masters is not liable for any loss of data resulting from hardware failure, human error, or suspension. We take reasonable security measures but do not guarantee absolute protection from cyber threats.
Service Level & Support
Host Masters Limited provides technical support via email, phone, and ticketing. Support covers hosting issues but excludes third-party software configuration unless stated otherwise. Client visit is charged separately and paid in advance.
Termination by Client
Clients may cancel services at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable. Cancellation must be requested in writing (email or ticket).
Liability & Disclaimer
- Host Masters is not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue due to downtime, cyber-attacks, or technical failures
- Loss of data from suspension or termination
- Delays caused by third-party providers (registries, SSL authorities, etc.)
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
