Outlook on Windows (Desktop App)

Open Outlook

Click File → Options

Go to Mail → click Signatures

Select your signature (or click New to create one)

Edit it in the box

Set:

- Default for New messages

- Default for Replies/Forwards

Click OK → OK

Outlook on Mac

Open Outlook Click
Outlook (top menu) →
Settings Click Signatures
Choose or add a signature Edit it and close the window (auto-saves)
