To set up your Host Masters email on a device (Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, or a mobile device), follow these steps:


Email Configuration Settings

Incoming Mail (IMAP/POP3)

  • IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Recommended)
  • POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port:
    • IMAP: 993 (SSL) / 143 (Non-SSL)
    • POP3: 995 (SSL) / 110 (Non-SSL)
  • Username: Your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your email password

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

  • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port:
    • 465 (SSL) / 587 (TLS) / 25 (Non-SSL)
  • Authentication: Required (Use your full email and password)

Setting Up on Different Devices

Outlook (Windows & Mac)

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account
  2. Select Manual setup or additional server types
  3. Choose IMAP or POP and enter the settings above
  4. Click More Settings > Outgoing Server and enable authentication
  5. Under Advanced, enter the correct port numbers
  6. Click OK > Next > Finish

Gmail App (Android & iPhone)

  1. Open Gmail and go to Settings > Add Account
  2. Select Other and enter your email
  3. Choose IMAP and enter the incoming/outgoing server settings
  4. Click Next, enter your password, and save

iPhone Mail App

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Select Other > Add Mail Account
  3. Enter your email, password, and name
  4. Under IMAP, enter mail.yourdomain.com for incoming & outgoing servers
  5. Save and restart the Mail app
